A deposit of 50% of the first night is charged at the time of the reservation.
Cancellations made at least 10 days in advance of the scheduled arrival will be refunded, less a 10% handing fee, or fully exchanged for a gift certificate to be used at a future date.
Cancellations less than 10 days in advance, a 50% refund will be provided. If we are able to re-book your room for another guest, a full refund will be provided, less a 10% handing fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the reservation will receive no refund unless the room is rebooked; in this case, a 10% handling fee will be charged.
A special cancellation policy exists for groups or individuals reserving two rooms or more for any given date. This policy extends the cancellation notification period from 10 days to 30 days and above fees and conditions apply.
Rates are based on single occupancy. Each additional person will be charged $15 each + tax.
